Counting Down to the Holidays at Sandy's

What a Summer! When we got back from Viking Convention in June, we really had to hit the ground running! The fabulous new Designer Diamond has been enthusiastically received, to say the least, so there has been lots of activity—the Diamond does so much more in the way of sewing and embroidery! 4D Family Portrait software was also introduced—Wow! Automatic photo digitizing and a fully functional geneology program! Sandy’s Kids Can Sew Day Camps were full, and the girls had a wonderful time with all new projects.

In the Fall Class Schedule, look carefully. We have lots of new classes this fall, and several guest instructors, too. Our own Anna Ulshafer has become a Certified Sulky Instructor, and is presenting three new Sulky classes. Debby Neal Pate from Louisville, certified Heirloom and Quilting Instructor, is also offering three new classes. And we have a “Sew Much More” Seminar coming up in November on Election Day! Get out and vote early and then head to Sandy’s.

There are also two new Clubs—Diamond Club and 4D Software Club.Vicki will teach those, as well as Designer Club, Emily will teach Keeping the World Sewing, and Sandy will be teaching Serger Club and Embroidery Club. Will (Sandy’s son) will be teaching some computer classes on Fridays and Saturdays. Betty Mason teaches Beginning Sewing, and Emily will teach the Intermediate Skirt Class. The New Owner Sewing Classes have been reworked so that everyone has more scheduling choices. Please remember you must sign up for these classes even though they are free!

As a result of all the Diamond trade-up activity, we are fully stocked (& overstocked!) with lots of Previously Loved Designer SEs and Designer 1s, so the deals have never been better! Many of these machines are less than a year old and have very few hours of sewing and embroidery on them, and come with a brand new warranty, and even the ones that are a bit older are in perfect condition! We Designer owners love our machines and baby them!
